Discovered in 1838 by American researcher Edward Robinson, Robinson's Arch is the large stone sticking out from the southern part of the Western Wall. Robinson's Arch is a Temple archway, which crossed over paved streets that held up stairs from the street to the Temple Mount. It's believed these are the original stones over which Jesus walked on his way in and out of the Temple.
John 10:22-23
Then came the Feast of Dedication at Jerusalem. It was winter, and Jesus was in the temple area walking in Solomon's Colonnade. (NIV)
