Today's Inspiring Thought: Face to Face
Perhaps we shouldn't bother getting upset if someone suggests that our image of God is a bit distorted. This passage of Scripture confirms it! As long as we remain here on earth in these fleshly bodies, we will only be able to see the Lord through a dimly lit mirror.Right now, our knowledge and understanding of who he really is remains partial—obscured. But one day, when we see him face to face, we will know him and understand him fully, just as we are fully known. Oh, what a day that will be!
