People of the Bible: Eve - The Mother of All the Living

Tuesday November 28, 2006
This Bible study resource will introduce you to Eve from the Old Testament Book of Genesis. You will learn about Eve's accomplishments, her character strengths and weaknesses, and any lessons we can learn from her life.

Eve was the first woman on earth, the first wife, and the first mother. She is known as the "Mother of All the Living." And although this is quite a remarkable accomplishment, very little is known about Eve. There is not much said of her in the Bible. Like most mothers, even though her accomplishments were great, they were for the most part, overlooked.

I am writing an Old Testament paper on Eve and was wondering if their is any other place other than Genesis that I can read about Eve in the bible. I am writing the story from her perspective.
